Born on January 12, 2000, in a non-musical family, Sarthak Kalyani’s journey into the world of
music began at a tender age. Growing up in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, he displayed an

and his curiosity about the world of sound led him to explore various instruments and vocal

the prestigious Shastriya Sangeet Vidyalaya in Indore, where he completed his ‘Diploma in
Hindustani Classical Music’. His early exposure to classical training provided him with a solid

his roots.

the Indian film industry. His work in films like Mili, Maidaan, Pippa, PS-1, and Chamkila has

Working with A.R. Rahman on projects like Chamkila, Maidaan, Mili, Pippa, VTK, and Ponniyin

Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, and iconic lyricists like Javed Akhtar and Irshad Kamil.
